Total crap day, but at the same time, still not as bad as some days we’ve seen in the past 6 months.

Heard something today and I think there is more to it than just being a finger pointing mechanism: “Madoff killed the Santa Claus rally.”

In a sense, he did. This idiot’s actions and discovery thereof completely took the wind out of the sails of folks who really were starting to see a light at the end of the tunnel.
